What services do you offer?
We provide full service support with the decluttering, organizing and building systems for function and efficiency, elevating spaces with aesthetic touches, and removing items for donation/disposal. We can manage projects either working side-by-side with clients or with advanced prep and discussion on expectations, we can execute with minimal oversight – it’s up to you and your needs!
What kind of spaces do you organize?
We have experience in both residential and business/office settings, working in closets, utility spaces, pantries and kitchens, home offices, organizing paper systems and document management, and basement, garage and storage spaces. If you have questions about your particular space, we’d be happy to discuss!
How does a consultation work?
We like to get to know you through an intro call and an in-person consultation. These are complimentary to you and getting to know you is an important part of understanding your needs and pain points. In consultation, we will review the spaces you would like to focus on, identify some of the root causes of challenges you face, and discuss some potential solutions. After these conversations, we will send you an in-depth proposal on our suggestions for the space, pricing and next steps.
Do you supply containers or bins?
It’s up to you! We offer services to handle the tedious process of taking measurements and procuring the exact right products to give your space a polished look. We always come over prepared with products and even manage the hassle of returns after a project is complete! However, if you already have the products you wish to use in the space or want to buy things on your own, we can easily flex to your needs.
How much does this cost?
Each job is unique to the client, so we do our best to understand your needs and the nature of the space to be organized, during a live consultation. By having a clear set of expectations on the scope of work, we can follow up with you to discuss pricing based on the number of sessions required, and any additional products or services that are needed.

Introductions

When you reach out to us, we can set up a 10-20 minute conversation to learn more about your needs and how we might be able to help. During this discovery call, we’ll gather information about the spaces you would like organized, your current pain points, and what your vision for success would be.

Consultation & Follow Up
in person
During a complimentary in-person consultation, we will assess the space, take measurements, and get more context from our previous discussion. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask more questions, and discuss more detailed logistics about the job.

Proposal & Scheduling
Virtual
You will receive a detailed proposal that will walk you through the project logistics, including the estimated duration, product recommendations and total project cost. After paying a deposit and completing some formal paperwork, we can get started on scheduling dates and making preparations for your project!

Project Days
In Person
On project days we will help you sort, declutter, organize and label your belongings, creating a system that is tailored to you. You can choose to be as involved in the onsite process as you would like, or simply leave it all to us! You will be informed on progress from beginning to end, as this tends to be a process that calls for adjustments along the way. Afterwards, a complete walk through is provided where you can experience your fresh new space!
